My Story

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDR-trained trauma therapist. I'm a Black woman and mother who has lived it. After a complicated birth with my twins that shifted my entire world, I learned what it means to navigate the healthcare system as both a professional and a patient, to process trauma while advocating for myself and my babies, and to rebuild my life from the ground up.

Now, I empower women, girls, and individuals, especially those who have been overlooked, unheard, or underestimated, to heal from trauma, reclaim their voice, and build lives rooted in confidence, self-trust, and sustainable change through culturally responsive therapy, advocacy, education, and storytelling grounded in both clinical expertise and lived experience.
