Hello, my name is Ravnit. I strive to create a safe and compassionate space where you can explore healing, self-reflection, and personal growth. My counseling approach is holistic, focusing on the whole person rather than just the “problem.” This means paying attention to the emotional, mental, physical, and cultural aspects of well-being that shape who we are and how we experience life.

I work from an integrative perspective, drawing on different therapeutic approaches to best support the unique needs of each client. I am especially passionate about making counseling accessible to people who may have never imagined it as an option for themselves.
