My name is Libby and I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC). I have experience working with individuals, children, adolescents, families, and groups, as well as with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, family conflict, behavior challenges, grief, social skills, and self-esteem. It is important to me to provide trauma-informed, culturally competent care. I utilize a blend of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness, with emphasis on what is the best fit for you. I hope to foster a sense of safety and security so that you can challenge yourself to make the changes you want to make. I believe that the most important part of therapy is collaborating together.
